Treasure Chest
It's called a Treasure Chest for a darn good reason! Tarte's bestselling palette is definitely worth it's value and the quality is superior. Infused with formulas made from vitamin E, carnauba wax and mineral pigments. 30% bigger this year. The palette includes: 16 new shimmering eye shadows, 16 new matte eye shadows, 16 new lip glosses, mineral powder bronzer in Park Avenue Princess, a new soft pink luminizer and four new powder blushes. Retails at $52 us and $68 cad. An excellent investment! Gonna buy mine today! Hope it's not sold out...

Heidi And Seal's Creation
These are some of the first images released of Heidi and Seal's new baby girl. Her name is Lou Sulola Samuel and she was born on October 9th, 2009. Isn't she beautiful? This is the fourth child for Heidi and Seal. I adore this very sexy couple who seem to be madly in love and have been able to keep their lives balanced and private. Keeping family first and having nothing but pure respect for one another. Such a rare thing in Hollywood but so happy it exists...

Black Honey
This classic cult favorite by Clinque just got updated once again. Black Honey was first a sheer formula in the 70's, then a gloss in a pot in the 80's, and now as a Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss in a tube! The shade is sheer and flattering on every complexion. Super glossy, super moisturizing, described as a brownish, berry red. Black Honey was and still is one of the best sellers of all time. Apparently, the superbalm is sold exclusively at Sephora. I suggest treating yourself to one today...

Lee Lee's Valise
When I was recently in Brooklyn(my first time ever, and definitely not my last), I ran into a wonderful boutique called Lee Lee's Valise at 368 Court St. The perfect setting in the most perfect neighbourhood. It was like I had found a gold mine. The accessories, the clothing, and the handbags were girly, one of a kind and fabulous! The boutique specializes in sizes 10-28 in every budget range for every lifestyle of every real woman. I had been looking everywhere for that special, one of a kind handbag in NYC. Running out of time and wondering the streets, I bumped into this store. I saw and purchased a beautiful, messenger style, black textured, leather bag with gold hardware and zippers, edgy and cool in a one of a kind way. I was so excited! To my surprise, the bag was made in Canada, specifically in Montreal by a company called Miss Mak. Unique and exceptional leather goods with interesting details that are rare and whimsical. If your ever in the Brooklyn area, I suggest you check out Lee Lee's Valise. It's the kind of boutique that makes you feel good inside and out with that warm Brooklyn feeling...

Born in Seoul, South Korea on May 31, 1989 and has passed away tragically on November 19, 2009 in her Paris apartment. Volturi
New Moon is worth watching because of this very talented actress. Dakota Fanning plays Jane, a member of the Italian Vampire "Royalty" known as the Volturi, a 3000+ year old coven. I am fascinated by her role as an old Italian vampire! I love these images of her! They are dark and mysterious. I think she will be perfect for this role. We shall see tomorrow how it all goes with the release of New Moon...

Bonham In Balthazar
I just got back from NYC late last night with friends. We stayed the entire weekend. What a blast! We shopped till we dropped and ate the best food ever. Yesterday afternoon, we had lunch at the ever so famous Balthazar(80 Spring Street). I ordered the Ham and Gruyere Cheese Sandwich. It was so delicious! Just as we were finishing our lunch, we realized that ten feet away, Helena Bonham Carter and her adorable son were finishing their lunch too and getting up to pay. What a sight! She looked disheveled and beautiful. Her hair twisted, unkept with her painted dark lips. Dressed in her usual all black, corky, and wacky style. I could not help but feel somewhat star struck. The day before, we were talking about how wonderful of an actor she is and how much we love her. So to see her the next day in the same restaurant was so cool! I had taken my camera out to capture the moment but I was quickly shot down by an employee. Totally understandable! It was a great way to end our stay. Never a dull moment in NYC...

Black Currant
There is nothing like a rich, opulent color on the lips like Black Currant. A little bit Goth infused with the 20's and 80's. The perfect trend for right now! Aveda's Lip Color in Black Currant is one of the best shades out there. It is rich in texture, wearable and delicious! Now that we are heading into winter, I can't think of a better color to wear on the lips that fits this time of year and allows you to be super fashionable and polished!

Anna From V
This is Morena Baccarin, the 30 year old sexy star from ABC's new Sci-fi series V. She plays Anna, a seductive alien who arrives on earth aboard a mothership of fellow "visitors" with an agenda that is not entirely clear or good. I watched the premiere of the series last night and I could not take my eyes off this pretty face. Brazilian born and with looks to kill, she plays Anna the leader of the visitors, with ease and grace. At some point she will turn and become evil and dangerous. This will be interesting to keep watching to see the changes of her character evolve...

My Smokey Classics
This "My Smokey Classics" by Lauren Luke palette is brilliant! It's the one thing I want for myself. Available at Sephora and at a reasonable price of $48, I don't think you need anything else to create the perfect, sultry smokey eye, flushed cheek, and the perfect pout for your lip. This set includes: two blendable shadow primers, three eye shadows, two lip shades, and a gloss, eyeliner and blush. I love when you can get a palette like this one that has all you need to
create a great face. Easy to transport, keep yourself organized and minimize confusion...
