Sandra Bullock wearing Marchesa at the 2010 Academy Awards looked as stunning as ever. This was one of my favorite looks of the night. I love everything about her look. The makeup and hair is flawless, the dress is exquisite. The Fuchsia lip was an unexpected but a pleasant surprise! This is a woman who seems to get better with age. Totally deserving of her Oscar, Sandra performs like no other. With honesty and a real down to earth quality that is hard to come by. I am thrilled she won this Oscar! Congrats Sandra!

ReplyDeleteAgreed. She was for me the stand out of the evening. She wore the gown, not the other way around, and that is not as easy it sounds. Her essence, her earnest, self deprecating, grateful self was still visible above the gown, the jewels, etc.

I love Sandra! The dress looked so much better in video (in motion) than in photos. Sandra saved it from being too figure skater. Love the liquid glitter skirt and the back. Oh, the back. How beautiful.
