I love Salvatore Ferragamo's latest Fall 2009 ad campaign featuring my favorite model Mariacarla Boscono. Also in the ads are Eva Herzigova and Italian dancer Roberto Bolle. The makeup for the Fall 2009 Jason Wu Collection was ethereal and magical. Violet lips and creamy, delicate skin. The" Pretty Princess " look was created by Gucci Westman. This is one of my favorite trends of the season...

The Red Eye

I just love new ideas that inspire me when it relates to beauty. For a while it seemed that there was nothing really different or new with makeup. I was bored with the same old smokey eye, until I saw Derek Lam's Fall 2009 RTW Show. The Red EyeLiner is mysterious, interesting and flattering to all women. It updates the usual all black or grey smokey eye making the look more modern and updated. I love how the red liner is within the smokey grey backdrop. The rest of the face is bare and polished.
