One of the biggest trends for Spring 2011 are studs, spikes, and other textured details. These tough but empowering details are unusual for me since I usually associate these types of embellishments for Fall/Winter. I think its refreshing and a great way to express your dressing and a way to try something different, even if it's in the subtlest of ways...
